Downstairs there is a fully electric kitchen with granite countertops and large windows. This room opens onto a living room with a beautifully handcrafted vaulted ceiling , a wall made of lo flagstone, and built-in wooden shelves, all of which create a warm cozy feeling. Off of the
living room there is a half-bathroom for guests, decorated with Talavera tiles. Further east is a bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom, a large closet with a safe, and ample storage space.
There are two terraces. A classic Mexican-stye front porch with a gazebo faces west and looks onto a lovely five-meter garden, a great spot to enjoy the afternoon sky and colorful
sunsets. A patio on the east side provides an outdoor space for enjoying the fresh morning air. Adjoined to it is a laundry room with a large sink and an electric washing machine.
The upper floor has independent access via a Talavera-tile decorated outdoor staircase, which opens onto a large mirador/rooftop area with nice views of the mountains and the lake. On the south side, there is a large sink and space for a small refrigerator and stove; this area could easily be made into an outdoor kitchen. Indoors there is a large bedroom with a traditional handcrafted cupola ceiling, a roomy closet, a balcony with a view of treetops and mountains, and another full bathroom with Talavera tiling.
The house is 100% ecologically sustainable with solar panels and water heater,
rainwater catchment, biodigesters to recycle water, potable drinking water via triple reverse- osmosis filters, and two water tanks containing 5000 liters each.

Appliances include an all-electric stove and oven, a refrigerator, and a washing machine.
