Later, sailed to Melbourne Australia – it took 5 weeks and 3 days! – intended to stay 3 years but stayed 39 years – I´m an Aussie!! Taught senior school first in Melbourne and then in Sydney for a number of years in both public and private schools. During this time had 2 daughters and later 4 step sons. All teenagers together!
My partner and I operated our business in Building Development & Maintenance and amongst other things redeveloped a 46 room hotel ¨ The Imperial Hotel¨ in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney. Although a new venture, not only did we renovate the hotel, we also operated the hotel & won the award for “Best Tourist Hotel in Country New South Wales”
Joined Century 21 Resnekov Realty in Mosman, Sydney about 20 years ago. This office was at the top of the tree in the C21 system and we competed very well against other realtors in the ”lower north shore” area of Sydney. Ivan Resnekov was an excellent mentor and I quickly won performance awards in the C21 family even though Australia was officially in recession at the time.
I moved to Melbourne and joined L J Hooker Project Marketing. It was a start up venture selling new and refurbished apartments ‘off the plan´ in Melbourne’s to be revitalized Central Business District . We sold over $450M of residential & investment property and I became a member of the “Captains’ Club” and the “Multi-Million Dollar Chapter” of LJH. Our office became top specialist office in the national L.J. Hooker network. I won a number of L J Hooker awards and was delighted to be awarded ´Top Specialist Agent´´.
To become a broker I studied Real Estate at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University and became a fully licensed real estate agent holding licenses in the states of Victoria and New South Wales.
Later I was a member of the start up Residential Team for Knight Frank (a large International company). I managed sales and sold down a 95 apartment hotel off the plan to investors in less than 8 months in Lane Cove, Sydney .
Before coming to Lakeside I worked directly with developers - my company “Property with Passion” sold stages of developments in Sydney and Melbourne in a timely manner.
Returning to the C21 family is like ´coming home´.

Más tardes, emigró a Melbourne Australia – fue un viaje de 5 semanas y 3 días! – pretendía quedarse solo 3 años pero la estancia se extendió por 39 años – Soy una Australiana!! Mi compañero y yo operábamos nuestro negocio de Construcción, desarrollo y mantenimiento y entre otras cosas renovamos un hotel de 46 habitaciones, el ¨ Imperial Hotel¨ en Blue Mountains al este de Sydney. Me mudé a Melbourne y me uní a L J Hooker Project Marketing. Fue algo totalmente Nuevo el vender departamentos nuevos y/o restaurados en Melbourne para reactivar el Distrito Comercial. Vendimos más de $450M de propiedades residenciales y de inversion y por ello llegue a ser miembro del “Captains’ Club” y del “Multi-Million Dollar Chapter” of LJH. Nuestra oficina llegó a ser la más especializada en la Red Nacional L.J. Hooker. Gane una serie de premios del L J Hooker y estuve muy complacida de ser galardonada como ´Top Specialist Agent´´.
Para llegar a ser un Corredor de Bolsa estudié Bienes Raíces en el “Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University” y llegué a estar completamente acreditada como Agente Inmobiliario tanto en el estado de Victoria como en New South Wales.
Más tarde, llegué a ser miembro del inicio del Residential Team for Knight Frank (una gran compañía internacional). Me hice cargo de las ventas y en menos de 8 meses vendí a inversionistas, un hotel de 95 apartamentos en Lane Cove, Sydney .
Antes de mudarme al área del Lago de Chapala, trabajé directamente con desarrolladores - mi compañía “Property with Passion” (Propiedad con Pasión) vendió etapas completas de desarrollos en Sydney y Melbourne en tiempo récord.
Regresar a la familia de C21 es como ´volver a casa´.
